esmenetI like that watching five TV shows/films at once and quoting lines from them wasn't just a one-off thing he did to mess with Joan, and I love that she is so good at handling him and his issues.
God I love the credits for this show.
Is it bad that I kind of want Holmes to reject every sponsor he's given just because they're not Joan? Like, I don't want Joan to feel like she has to stick with him to keep him from relapsing, but on the other hand: BESTIES.
Joan your metaphors are the best
it's nice to see a crime that's at least partially accidental, rather than one of those planned-down-to-the-last-detail things you tend to get on these shows.
it's also really nice to see Gregson telling Holmes "no, I am not going to do that for you, if you want this stuff you need to get it yourself." Partly because Holmes actually does ask him first instead of running off on his own straightaway.
I would just like to say: Holmes, that is the most transparent fucking excuse I have ever seen.

man I love Detective Bell he is basically there to snark and look cool
aaa Joan ilu she is basically saying 'your feelings are not special' and Holmes is going NO I AM SPECIAL inside his head
I actually really like the way they treat prostitution on this show, it really is just a job.
--although I must say that people's signatures look nothing at all like their handwriting, it would have been better to say "when you initialed the consent form" since that also uses capital letters and requires plain writing.
Alfredo uses the Joan Watson technique of saying something intriguing and then walking away. I approve!
actually can we just have Alfredo/Joan/Sherlock friendship for the rest of the season please that would be perfect
