Gentlepeople, would you happen to have a recently-updated list of websites blocked/not blocked in mainland China? So far I am steeling myself for a lack of YouTube, Tumblr, PirateBay, and Twitter. (Also, if any of you would be willing & able to tell me how to create rss feeds for certain tumblrs, twitters, etc. that would be amazing.)
I am trusting y'all to give me download links to Korra & similar while I'm there, btw.

Date: 2012-04-04 05:20 am (UTC)Tumblr, though, isn't blocked at all in China! In fact, there's a lot of Chinese tumblr users, so you needn't worry on that front. As for accessing Korra, piracy laws in China are way lax. You'll be able to find a high-quality stream the day of, probably. I watched a DVD-quality stream of Up on youku the week it came out in theaters. So I don't think you'll miss PirateBay much either.
