I feel simultaneously like I have far too much to do (because I keep freaking out about it) and not enough (because obviously it's not enough to force me to sit down and do it). Usually I would say "well, I guess that makes this the happy medium" except if that were true I wouldn't have spent so much of the past two weeks crying/almost crying.
I don't know, maybe it's caused by not eating regular meals. Or some shit like that.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm projecting too much onto the characters I write, having them not think about sex or romance nearly at all. And then I go 'wait no I don't care, ACE FUNTIMES FOR ALL.'

Date: 2011-04-03 07:39 am (UTC)Don't stress about the Taki fic!! (& also about rereading Natsume--the reread posts will still be there if/when you get around to it. \o/ )

Date: 2011-04-03 03:19 pm (UTC)I enjoyed the first reread post even though I'm saving my own reread for windows-opening weather! I forgot how asocial Natsume used to be, before Nyanko-sensei and Tanuma and Natori and Taki.

Date: 2011-04-08 11:55 am (UTC)I love lists, so... on the one hand, the idea of that kind of list for the year is v. appealing to me. On the other, it might make me feel overwhelmed! ^^;; I dunno; I'm constantly teetering b/t trying to make myself more productive &, uh, fighting depression & being reduced to just doing whatever I can to get by? Which kind of sucks & doesn't do super-great things for productivity.
Hee, I can see window-opening weather being perfect for a Natsume reread! Sometimes I like to read things seasonally-opposite but reading them during the same season is awesome.
Watching anime that takes place in the summer makes me homesick b/c of the inevitable cicada sounds--which essentially are summer to me, having grown up w/them (in the US); in the UK there are no cicadas. ;_;

Date: 2011-04-04 04:18 pm (UTC)That's a pretty awesome list! I hear you on some of these (learn how to draw!).
I read bits of Journey to the West, they were great; especially the beginning, before the actual journey. <3 Also, there was that TV show based on it which was fun even though I couldn't understand a single word of what they were saying...
Tell me when you manage the last one and tell me how you did it. :/ I hope you feel a bit better now?
