I just want to ask everyone's thoughts on having separate names/journals/blogs for original fiction, and on linking/not linking those to one's fannish names or blogs.

(by which i mean, i have made a separate account for my original fiction, and i'm not quite sure if or how i should use it.)

Separate: Juuuuust fiiiine.

The reason to not cross-link is if you want to try and separate those identities. If that doesn't matter, then... don't bother. It is my observation that fannish-identities tend to be firewalled more firmly from paycheck-identities, but the choice is up to each person.
