I have my computer back! \o/ I can make all those posts I've been wanting to make, write the fic I've been wanting to write, watch the shows I've been wanting to watch, and generally do internet things other than reading fanfic on an ipod.

Of course, what is the first thing I do? I download ROCK MUSICAL BLEACH.

. . . And yes, it is exactly as hilariterriawesomeable as you'd expect.

They literally have a minute or two of Ichigo going "Guys? What are we doing? And why?" and Chad and Orihime (Ishida doesn't exist, and apparently neither does Yoruichi) expositing that they're channeling their spiritual energy into a giant ball that's flying through the air, they went to Soul Society to rescue Rukia, and this is all Kuukaku's fault.

And then they have FLASHBACKS. To Orihime's brother and Chad's parakeet.

(Remember, this is a stage musical. Not a movie. So everyone's running around with microphones stuck to their cheeks, sticking swords behind each other while belting out lines like "You ain't starting with nobody!".)

And OF COURSE, the first scene is a) Hollows rolling around on the floor, Ichigo tilting his head downwards under a spotlight like the rockstar he is, with Rukia just kinda hanging out to the side, b) lots of moving lights, and c) four captains and two underlings vice-captains appearing from nowhere to strike dramatic poses and provide background chorus. NO, SERIOUSLY. |D
