It's a Draco/Hermione fic written from Draco's perspective, but it also has a lot to do with Draco living in a world where Muggles have won the Wizarding culture war and he's also trying to breakdown/analyze/get away from the 'everything Pureblood is better' mindset he got as a child.
There's a ton of little background bits in the fic about what might happen when Muggle - not just Muggle-born - culture hits wizarding mainstream culture, and how wizarding culture is slowly changing to be a Muggle/Wizarding culture rather than a Pureblood/Wizarding culture.
