1.) xD I think it might've been my first followed comm too. But I can't remember.
2.) I don't follow the manga as consistently as I do the new anime FMA:Brotherhood. (Which I think is stunning, and it's what really got me into it). AtLA will always be my go-to, because after I found out the nasty side of HP I fled fandoms like woah. I came back with AtLA and although they can be nasty too (any fandom can) I liked the people more. They do have a bunch of symbolism (Arguably why I shipped the ship I did...haha and arguably why the Korean animators shipped it too) but fans discussed everything, and that was the fun part. Now that it's over, I RP. xD

3. I got nuthin'

4. Fandom/Ship specific tropes/cliches done wrong. I really can't complain about there being fandom specific tropes because I've written a few, and my AtLA ship practically made it a game to do so. (Who can write this scenario, but twist it to make it awesome and fresh?) But I'm so sick of people utterly forgetting the character's voices because they're trying to make something specific work. Or when they write adult characters younger. I guess that's terrible characterization? Dialogue mainly. I once had a reviewer tell me that a dialogue between Roy and Riza from FMA sounded like dialogue between Edward and Winry. Normally I'd be all "Oh. Okay." but Roy and Riza were talking about something that only they knew. So you don't need to be an expert on the fandom to go "Bwuahh? What on earth do you mean?"

5. Yes. Yes it does. My initials are DNA. AND ALL YOUR BASE BELONG TO ME.
