So there's a ficathon for texts that canonically exist in other texts but not in the real world, at invisible_ficathon. THIS IS EVERYTHING I WANT.

Like, I don't know if you understand, but I am super passionate about these, and spend way too much time going "but this fictional book they mention in this novel very briefly & only by title sounds fascinating! WHY CAN'T I READ IT."

I wrote something, this is very exciting, I haven't written anything of note in about a year, I am very excited even though it's just a 500 word ficlet which is actually quite good I think. Will edit and post tomorrow when more awake.
